I know that my favorite CC coin is in all probability the only "over-rated" (relative term) CC coin. It is not that much rarer than the 1870-CC $10 yet it is far more costly. The same can be said for other CC gold coins as well, Yet somehow, it is the "king" of the CC gold and almost every CC collector I know longs for one. Ok..Ok...the coin;.............1870-CC $20 gold double eagle!

I think that my favorite "CC" coin is the 1870 seated dollar. Because it was one of the first coins minted at the Carson City mint.
