1878 rotated reverse
Several months ago i purchased a 1878 dollar with a 45 degree rotation on the reverse. I didn't find enough information on this coin to submint a article for Curry's Chronicle, maybe someone who has some information on these coins could write a article about these interesting coins.

JS, there is a website that tracks rotated dies and there is an 1878-CC listed in there, however the Census Page link does not work right now. Here it is

Apparently there were two varieties of rotated dies on the 1878-CC Morgan. The 45 degree rotation that you mentioned, and a 90 degree rotation. I have one of the 90 degree rotated dies certified by PCGS as an MS64 in an OGH. I'll send you a picture if you are interested.
